Hi Laura,
Boo is doing really good. She seems very happy, eating and going potty like a champ.
She even has our Shar-pei Rufus on a leash, ha ha. She is the sweetest kitty I have
ever seen, and her little face just steals your heart. Her purring is unbelievable.
We love her very much. It feels like she has always been part of the family.
I need to go, as I'm taking her to our vet for her first check up.
Talk to you later. Hope you are having a great day!

Look, we read
her stories and she sleeps like a baby! We just love her so much. I'm not sure there
is a sweeter kitten in the world.
Sincerely,

Good
morning, Laura. Just to let you know, Spencer is doing great. Never knew that
such a little bundle of joy could bring us so much happiness. He is the perfect
boy for us. I think he is growing, but since we have only had him a week it's
hard to tell.
He wants to be with us all the time. We have a hallway that is lined with mirrors,
and he wants one of us to walk down the hall with him. He sees his own reflection
and I guess he thinks it's other cats. It is so funny. You have done an excellent
job with your breeding.
I will keep you posted, and when I get a really good and unusual picture, I will
send it to you.
Best Regards,
Barb and Spencer |

Hi, Laura!
Just wanted to let you know how things are going. I absolutely love my babies!
They are so precious. They've been to the vet three times to finish their shots.
I take them to Cat Care, Inc., in Rochester Hills, and we see Dr. Thoms. The
first time we saw him, he examined them and said he could tell they came from a
very good breeder. He added, "They are perfect!"
As of yesterday, Sarah Jane weighs 5 lbs., and Lydia weighs 5 lbs. 1 oz. They've
consistently stayed even with each other. They are good little eaters... not
finicky at all, although Sarah Jane is showing signs of losing interest in her
wet food, which I give them first thing every morning for their breakfast. She
seems to prefer the dry.
I keep saying they're joined at the hip because, where you find one, you will almost
always find the other. They play really well together, running all around the house
and up and down the stairs but, sometimes, when they play fight, I think they're
gonna kill each other. Sarah jane is the most adventurous and naughty, and Lydia
tries to follow her lead, but is much more ladylike. Did you know that I registered
them as Princess Lydia and Lady Sarah Jane? I sometimes think I should have made it
No-lady Sarah Jane. Too funny!
When they first came home with me, they would go under my bed to sleep, or under a
table that has a floor-length tablecloth. So I put their bed under that table. But
now they crawl into bed with me and bedtime couldn't be more fun. Who cares if I
can't move an inch all night? Here they are right now, as I sit here writing to you,
both curling up on my lap.
Sarah Jane has a favorite toy that she carries around. She brings it to me, and if
I toss it, she runs to get it and brings it back for me to toss again. We do this
until I get tired... she never does. It's a long, floppy thing like a snake, and
there's a little bell in it. She also has a fat frog she wrestles with. Lydia's
favorite thing is a simple ball of crinkly paper that she'll chase around forever.
Thanks again for my beautiful twins!
Will keep you posted and send photos later.
Hello to Gary!
Take care,
Bonnie |

Hi again, Laura...
I have just had a lesson from my son in how to scan and attach photos. He gave me a
printer a couple of years ago that copies and scans, but I never used the scan
feature until recently. So, I will soon send you some photos of my babies.
They are both sooo cute, so mischievous, and so funny. Two goofballs, I call them.
They love their toys and will play with them for long periods, doing all sorts of
tumbles and flips and bounces that crack me up. They do these things, and then look
at me, to see my reaction.
I can't believe how well they play together. If I give them each a separate thing to
play with, they will always end up playing with just one of them together. Only,
every now and then, sarah jane will growl when she has a toy that she wants to keep
for herself. Not growling at anyone, just running away with the toy in her mouth,
making that guttural sound.
Glad you're sending your beauties off to good homes. You have to know you're doing
everything right when so many of the same people return to you for more kitties.
Take care,
Bonnie |

Hi Laura,
Nelson is extremely loving, smart, and interested in everything. We are enjoying him
a lot!

Hi Laura,
I hope this email brightens your night up. The girls are doing more than wonderfully!
Although I'm sure they miss you, their adjustment period was a total of about 30
minutes! They meow for one another if they're not beside each eachother.
You should be so proud of the job you're doing as a breeder! These kittens are so
well behaved. So far, only our 18 month old has seen them, and they played so gently
with her, and vice versa. |
|
|
Once our 4 year old sees them, we will pick names and put collars on them so that we
can tell them apart! Thank you so much for all you do, to brighten up new "parent's"
homes with your beautiful kittens!
I am attaching some pictures. Enjoy them - and rest assured the kittens will be so
spoiled and loved!

Hi Laura,
It's been awhile, and I wanted to send along some pictures of Misty. She is just
over a year and a half now (Flash and Dolly's March 1, 2005 litter), and we can't
imagine life without her. Just like her mother, Dolly, she is a Daddy's girl. We
call her a parrot, because she insists on being on my husband's shoulder. She
follows him around the house, keeping pace with him, as close to his leg as she
can without getting stepped on, and meowing constantly until he picks her up. My
husband had some hesitation about adding a third cat at first, but now he walks in
asking, "Where is my little girl?"
Initially, we were concerned our two male cats may play too rough with a little girl.
I look back and laugh at that now, because she is as rough and tumble as they are,
and usually the one that instigates the wrestling matches. All three are very close,
and Misty is typically snuggled with one or both of her brothers most of the time
(In the picture, Misty is in the back, Minx is our other Tonk (up front), and Shadow
(the blue one) is our oldest). |
|
|
Misty is is also very loving. Even though she favors my husband, she doesn't let
anyone feel neglected. I've never had such a lap kitty before, and she is always
grooming either me or her brothers. Smart as she is, she knows that my husband
doesn't like her to lick him, so she head-butts him instead of grooming him. She
loves everyone and runs to the door whenever she hears the doorbell. Visitors are
always trying to tuck her into their coat to take home, as if we wouldn't notice.
Thanks again for all the time and effort you put into raising such healthy, smart,
and social kitties. We just adore her.

Good morning, Laura:
I am sending this pictures of Spencer. This little boy is our joy. He is so beautiful
and has such a sweet personality. I am still trying to get my daughter to get one,
but she thinks she is gone too much, and that her husband might leave a door open.
She loves Spencer. But, of course, everyone loves him. |
|
|
We play this little game in the morning when I am having breakfast - I turn the water
faucet on in the kitchen sink, just a little stream, and he plays with it. He loves
water. Not only does he drink some, which I know is important for him, but he also
gets it on his paws and then licks it off. I know that many cats are loved, but no
one can be loved more than our little Spencer.
He loves to get under the Christmas tree, but never bothers anything. He is always
close by when we are at home, but he is still a little afraid of the cats in the
hallway. My husband goes home everyday at lunch to check on him.
Thank you again, Laura, for such a wonderful boy. I do hope you are doing better and
have joyous holidays.
Fondly,
Barb |

Hi!
I like to check your website from time to time to see your newest additions.
We got "Nina" from you about four years ago and she is an absolute pistol!
Here she is (top), and with her closest buddy, Malcolm (below).

Hi Laura,
Bearington is such a sweet playful kitty. He is over a year old now. He
took over my place, and my heart, the very day I brought him home. Thank you
so much!

Laura,
Lucy is doing fantastic! It's been so much fun to see her become more and more
comfortable with us and the house. She's now the queen bee of the household, spends
time with us when we go to bed, and comes down (to the bedroom) and climbs into bed
with us early in the morning. In between, she likes to go crazy chasing "the bird"
(toy).
Alice and I went to a cat show today and saw all sorts of breeds, including the
British Shorthair. None were as beautiful as Lucy. She is, however, getting a
stepbrother in a few weeks - a little neutered Bombay boy named Abraham. He's a
Southerner (from Mississippi) and I think they're going to be great friends.
Thanks again,
Randall and Alice S. |
