Dear Laura:

I wanted to thank you for your kindness. The bracelet is adorable! It was so sweet of you to make that for me. And we really appreciate the wine. I usually don’t like wine, but that one actually tastes like yummy peach fruit. We’ll definitely be buying more of that in the future – so thank you!

Puma (yes, I’m sorry, but we really do like that name) is such a little dear and loves to be cuddled and kissed. He sleeps under the covers with us. He’s a real joy.

Unfortunately, he started limping this afternoon. When John got home from work, he decided to take him to the vet. Our vet was closed and won’t be back until next week, so John took Puma to a different vet nearby. She took x-rays and, thankfully, nothing is broken. He has a soft tissue injury and has pain medication for it. Poor baby.

Anyway, one of the girls in the office fell in love with him. She took down your cattery info because she wants her parents to get one of your kittens. I guess they’re looking for one new, so hopefully, you will get more business out of this.

John is going to order those vitamins online tonight. I think it will be good for all three of our cats. Too bad we didn’t know about them a long time ago.

I’m so glad we met you. You’ve been very kind, and we’re very impressed with you as a breeder, too. Although my heart is broken from losing my beloved Cheetah, Puma is definitely doing his best to mend me.

Thank you,
Laura S.

Laura:

We wanted to tell you that Lola turned one the other day, and we just love her. She is the best cat, and people always want to take her home with them. She is super friendly and scared of nothing. Thank you so much for her. She is wonderful! I wanted to send a new picture of her so you can see her!

Hi Laura and Gary,

I am writing to let you know that our new little baby is doing great. We finally decided on "Cashew" for his name. He is such a joy! You both did an excellent job of socializing him; he is not afraid of anything! Cashew is quite energetic and very mischievous. He is in to everything, which keeps us quite busy.

While is he such a playful little boy, he is also so loving. He still loves to give kisses, especially on your nose and lips. He is quite vocal and follows us where ever we go. He doesn't seem to like our other cat too much, but we are hoping they grow to like each other.

The vet absolutely adored him, as well as all the vet techs. They all wanted to take him home! It made me very proud to have such a cute cat.

We love him very much, and are thankful you two raised such a wonderful little kitty. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend you to anyone looking for this breed.

I hope all is well and thank you guys so much! I will keep you updated as he grows.

Sincerely,
Mary and David H.

Dear Laura:

Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how well Chloe is doing. She acclimated to her new environment in minutes.

She is very loving and energetic, and enjoys playing with the boys all the time. She is the perfect cuddler at night, but I need to break her of the 5 AM wake-up call...

Thank you again for allowing us to be part of this beautiful kitten's life.

Sincerely,
Lauren M

Hi Laura,

I thought you might enjoy seeing a picture of our baby, Tut.

Tut and Julia absolutely love each other. He follows her around the house like a dog, and you can see he loves to kiss her, and vice versa.

He has brought our family a lot of joy. He fit right in immediately... even with the dogs. They love to wash his face, and he loves to tease them.

I hope things are going well with you.

Karen

P.S. ISN'T HE GORGEOUS!!!

Hi!

I just wanted to tell you that Tut is doing great and we love him soooo much. His first birthday is coming up in a few weeks! We are definitely celebrating... but we all miss his kitten days. He grew up so fast!

He's still cute and verrrry sweet. He still licks me all the time, sometimes I don't really want him to, and he gets mad at me! It's funny.

He tends to be gentle and nice to our other kitties, and they love him too. We love him so much!

Thought you might enjoy these shots. Happy New Year!

Thanks,
Julia

Hi Laura,

As you can see from the attached photo, Tut is currently ruling the roost and has captured the hearts of the dogs, also.

The blonde dog is his constant playmate. He seeks her out, plops down in front of her, rolls over on his back, and proceeds to softly pop her face until she washes his ears. He frequently finds his spot in front of the fireplace with the dogs, but he's always the one on his back toasting his belly.

Thought you might enjoy these shots. Happy New Year!

Karen

Dear Laura,

Tut (Po) is now almost 6 months old, and a whopping 5.6 lbs! He is my little baby and I love him very much. We named him Tut because our other Tonk is named Cairo, and we decided to go with an Egyptian theme.

He has his own little morning ritual of licking my face and purring very loudly.

Julia and Tut
Whenever I am in the kitchen, I run into my room, which is at the other end of our house, and he bounds ahead of me and waits at my closed door. When I take a picture of him, he always seems to make some strange face at the camera, or looks straight at it and opens his eyes really wide. I took some pictures of him, when he was 7 weeks old (roughly), and in all three of them he looks like a devil child!

I play games with him where I will poke him with my foot and he goes crazy. Once, I stopped for a while, and all of a sudden, he jumps up in the air and attacks my knee! I started cracking up. My nickname for him is "Stealth Kitten of DOOM".

My dad also enjoys the new addition. He plays with Tut day and night. I told that I needed to put him in my room because my mom and I had to leave. But he wanted to play with him more and asked if I could please leave him out. I said that I needed to put him up so the dogs wouldn't eat his litter or food, but no. I asked him why, and he said because he doesn't have much time to play with him in what he calls the "playful stage", maybe a few months, or a few years. Apparently, Tut is so much fun, a few years isn't enough! He is very sweet and cuddly, when he wants to be, at least!

We tried out the NuVet Kitty Vitamins today and he loves the taste, but he tried to eat it and kept sneezing from the powder! It was so cute. I am not fully sure if he is a cat, because he acts more like a dog. He comes to his name when I call him, plays fetch with his toys, and licks me.

There is one beanie baby that we have that sort of looks like him. When he carries it around, he looks like he is carrying a kitten smaller than him! We also have a toy that has an elastic cord attached to it, and the elastic is attached to a suction cup, which I put on a high window on our French doors. I then placed a barstool beneath that, and set him on top of the barstool. He would jump up and grab the toy, then once it was in his mouth, he would start growling. Then he would jump off the barstool, onto the floor, and he would either lose the toy when the elastic snapped up, or the toy would actually break off from the elastic.

I am also going to knit him and Cairo a mat out of plush yarn for their bed. We love him very much, and there are many other funny things that he does that I cannot begin to describe.

Thank you,
Julia

I know it has been awhile since we got our platinum pointe Nila from you, but we have been so busy, we have had no time to send you a thank you for another beautiful and fun kitten.

Nila and our other Tonk, Rajah, have gotten along great since the beginning. When we took Nila to the vet, Rajah sat at the door and cried when we left. They love each other and are so funny to watch.

Rajah and Nila
We didn't realize how fat Rajah was getting, but he is certainly slimming down now with Nila chasing him all over the place. She's getting big fast. She used to hide from Rajah underneath a chair or under the microwave stand.

Their personalities are so different. Nila is a sweetheart, always wanting to lay on me and rubbing up against me. She is definitely my cat. Rajah tends to go to my husband more.

Anyway, thanks again. We love both the cats we got from you. Attached is a picture of the two of them sleeping together within the first week that we got Nila.

Take care,
Meghan and Mike R

Laura:

The kitten was a complete success. My wife, Laura, and my daughter fell in love right away. I had no problems with Canada customs, and I was home in one hour from your driveway to mine. I would like to thank you again for a great business transaction. I felt reassured from the moment I walked into your house till I left that I had made the right choice dealing with some one like you. Your experience and professionalism really made the adoption of the kitten very easy. We have named her Princess, that is what my 2 1/2 year old suggested.

Thanks again, and we will keep you updated with pictures.

Sincerely,
Dean B

Dear Laura and Gary,

We are so very happy with our new baby, Heidi. She is just adorable and has such a cute personality. You did a wonderful job raising her. We both love to hold and love her, and she purrs all the time. Her cute little face just melts our hearts.

Heidi
Annie, our 13 year old Siamese, and Sara Lee, our 9 year old Tonkinese, are adjusting to their new friend quite well. They play with her and all three sleep with us all night.

Heidi loves to run around all over the house, and during the day, when she gets tired, she naps on the country rabbit's lap (see photo). So cute!

Our lives have been so enriched with the addition of baby Heidi and we both adore her. Will keep in touch. Take care.

Your friends,
Paula and Truman

Dear Laura and Gary:

We are so happy with sweet little Hannah "Randi Dandi". She made herself right at home in about four days. The two littens, Heidi and Hannah, play and sleep together, and Annie, our 14 year old, sits and watches them. It worked out purrfect!

We've been taking Hannah for rides in the car. She did just fine, and now she is ready to go to Florida with all of us in the motor home. It will be so much fun taking the three precious kittens on the trip. Their beds, food, toys and towers are all ready to go!

We will keep in touch!

Love,
Paula and Truman
