Laura,
Thought you might like an update on my little sweeties, Titania and Oberon (formerly
Shawna and Roman). Titania is just the sweetest little cat ever, loves to sleep on my
lap, will walk right up to you and stare adoringly in your eyes. Never had a cat that
loved me so much! Oberon also likes to sleep in my lap, but he's usually up and about
looking for trouble! He is just the funniest thing! He even likes to horse around
with the dogs! They both love to play together, tearing down the hall like elephants,
wrestling with each other, bathing each other, curling up together (especially in
mum's lap or snuggled up to me in bed).
I can't thank you enough for these two lovely cats! The are so loving and entertaining.
I am using softpaws nail caps and the work wonderfully, such a better idea than
mutilating their paws. I would recommend them to anyone.
Thanks again,
Cindy C |

Just a pic from
our new family...
Ming just loves it here; he is an absolute joy to have. We adore him and Vladimir,
and they love each other. They play all day. Ming is actually the dominate one and
lets Vladimir know it. I cannot thank you enough for letting us adopt him.

Hi Laura,
Just wanted to send you a short note to say Maia (Peanut) is right at home, and that she settled in very quicky. She gives me a show every day when I get home from work, running through the house as fast as possible, then curls up on me and falls asleep. She's eating great, using the litter box, and has quite a few toys to play with. She really is just a joy to wake up to and come home to!
Thank you for the obvious loving care you took with her.

Laura,
Thought now might be a good time to send you some pics of my special boys. I cannot even begin to express how much happiness my little kitties bring me. They mean more to me than I could ever have imagined. Everyone who sees them remarks on how beautiful they are AND how social, as they love to explore and introduce themselves to strangers.
Thanks again for my wonderful little gifts!

Hi Laura and Gary,
We bought Riley from you the end of Oct. 2009. He is such a sweetie....we are totally nuts over this little guy! I wanted to send a picture so you can see how handsome he has become.
Thank you for the fine job you do with your cattery. We are surly pleased with our kitten.

Hi Laura,
Prince William is a perfect cat. He has the best personality, temperament
and is very friendly. He is eating good and drinking water good and is
always using his cat pan.
You kept saying he is a "sweet kitten" and you were
right. He wants to be with me all of the time when he is awake. He grooms
himself, plays and sometimes sleeps at my side. He has a lot of energy and
loves to play. I have to be careful because when I leave a room he also
leaves the room and is at my feet. I don't want to step on him.
I'm very
happy that I purchased Prince from you. He is a quality cat and he is going to
be a great pet.
Thanks again,
Kraig

Hi Laura and Gary,
I meant to send you pics of our wonderful 4 Tonks that we adopted from you
a long time ago. But with age, my mind isn't what it used to be. LOL
Attached is a photo of Luke and Lexy, who we adopted about 5 years
ago (you knew them as Jack and Jill), and also Sammy and Betsy, who came
to us in the fall of last year. (your Frenchette and Babalouie). They are all a
total joy and keep our Turkish Van, who is 9, very occupied. :-) |
|
|
When they first arrived last fall, Betsy did not want any part of us for
over two weeks. She would hide behind Sammy or behind furniture. She would eat
at the food bowl backward, so she could see if we were coming, and then make
a run for the hills so to speak. LOL Soon after, she realized that these "people
things" must be ok because Sammy seems to like them. Now she is one of our close
buddies, just like the others. We wouldn't know what to do without any of them.
Sammy is a total Momma's Boy. He will not leave me alone, and tries to keep
my other Momma's Boy Luke away from me, as well as my husband. Sammy does
not like to share me!
We call Lexy our little peacemaker. She gets along with everyone, and always
tries to break up the others fights. She never, ever passes up the
chance to air her opinion on things, she talks more than any person I know!
As for Luke, aside from also being a Momma's boy, he is very mischievous and
gets the others in trouble by showing them bad things to do, then acting as if
he had nothing to do with the whole event, coming to tell us what the
others are doing. A little rascal he is!
As you will see in the picture, they have done well and are very happy,
healthy and spoiled, just a wee bit ;-) We cannot thank you enough for breeding such
wonderful cats and letting us make them members of our family.
Thanks again!

Buttons is a gentle, sweet cat. Of course you knew that already. I have a Shi Tzu dog, Lady Bug, and they are fond of each other. Both are on a pet wellness plan with Banfield Vets and have regular physicals, etc. Buttons recently had her teeth cleaned and they could not believe how sweet she is. She never extends her claw! I'm sure she would if she needed to and that is fine, that is why she has them.
I am so tempted to buy a Brit Kit from you. I promised myself I would stay with just two pets so that they would receive the best possible medical care at all times. My babies... you know how that is.
Anyway, thank you for letting me purchase Buttons. I so love being her mom.

Hello,
This is Nicole. I'm the one who was late getting the male British Shorthair from you at the end of December. I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with him. He is such a good cat. And he is so cute! He is everything that I hoped for and more. You said I was getting a really loving boy, and he sure is. |
|
|
He wants to be everywhere I am. And if I have to go for a little bit, he purrs and purrs and purrs upon my return. He's sleeping on the couch right next to me now as I type this. He pretty much walks with me side by side around the house, with moments where he gets really excited and wants to run and slide back and forth down the hallway and around the living room. We chase each other. And he's such a sweetie. Everyone just loves him.
He's a licker too, kind of like a dog. I've never experienced that with a cat before. Sometimes he would rather lick my hand for 5 minutes instead of being petted. His breath
doesn't smell, so I don't mind.
He's never in a bad mood either. He never growls or hisses. I've only seen him do both once, and it was really cute the way it happened. He was laying next to me, asleep, on my bed. I heard him growling. So I knew he must be having a bad dream or something. I put my hand on him, and he shot awake and hissed at me. Then he stared at me for a few seconds, seeming confused, and started purring.
I've never had a problem with him not using the litter pan. He was using it the first day and eating his food and everything.
He warmed up to me way faster than I expected. I think we were buddies right from the start. He never bites, only places teeth on my hands sometimes when playing, but never punctures skin. He doesn't even extend his claws a whole lot. He will with his toys, but not usually with me. If he's swatting at my hand or something, his claws usually aren't out unless he's extremely hyped
up. He's a really good boy.
I'm excited to have him for a long time. We have named him Wicket, like the ewok from the Star Wars movie. His little round head and eye color the way it is right now, reminded us of an ewok. He's totally cuter though. Everyone always comments on how completely adorable he is. I love him so much! Thanks again.

Hello Laura,
I wanted to drop you a quick line along with a picture of the kids.
We just love Frankie and Sophia to pieces. They pretty much took to
hiding the first week and it just broke my heart. Joey wants them to
know he is the big brother, and Enzo just hangs out like he always does
- he is such a good boy with the babies.
It's interesting to watch them get to know one another, get along, and
then not get along. They are coming out more and more now.
They still are a bit hesitant, however, so we give them space and love.
Sophia is such a doll baby and a stinker. She is a toughie when she's
had it with Frankie and Joey.

She and I have a ritual every time I'm in
the bathroom. She jumps on the counter, meows, and I pick her up and
hold, pet and kiss her. She has the sweetest purr. She loves exploring
my makeup drawer in the morning and hangs out when I'm getting ready.
And to my surprise, Frankie joined in on the fun starting yesterday
morning. He is letting us pet and kiss him, too. He will let us hold
him for awhile, and then he's done, unless he is getting his ears
scratched. Then he just purrs away.
They both started coming on the bed early this week. Frankie snuggles
up at my feet, and Sophia at my husband's side. Joey in the middle.
We are just loving every minute with our babies. Thank you so very much!!!
Rita G
PS I hope you enjoy the picture. I have to laugh at the Fannie May candy
box - we are selling candy for my granddaughter's baseball team. Why my
husband put it up there before the picture was taken is beyond me. |
